PLEASE FILL OUT FORMS 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Wear loose fitting clothing that can be pulled up above the elbows and knees and eat something at least an hour before your appointment. Acupuncture continues to work up to 24 hours after your session and it is advisable to take it easy for the rest of the day if possible.
